He did not wait for restoration, for answers, for the pain to ease. In the rawest moment of loss, with nothing rebuilt, he worshiped. That is worship in the waiting, and Job’s faith still speaks thousands of years later.

Hebrews 13:15 calls this a sacrifice of praise, the fruit of our lips, offered continually to God. A sacrifice costs you something. Praising God when things are unfinished is exactly that kind of offering.
